KÉRASTASE Loyalty Club 條款及細則

KÉRASTASE Loyalty Club會員計劃 (下稱「計劃」)由歐萊雅香港有限公司以 KÉRASTASE 香港 (「 KÉRASTASE 」) 的商號名義營運。

本計劃只適用於香港特別行政區及澳門特別行政區境內。一旦參與是項計劃，會員即被視為已同意本《條款及細則》並受其約束。

會員會籍包括所有會員積分及禮遇均不能轉讓他人使用，並以本《條款及細則》以及不定時所適用的推廣條款及細則為準。

顧客於香港及澳門的 KÉRASTASE 專門店或專櫃(免稅店除外)及經授權之網店消費即合資格成為 KÉRASTASE 會員及累積會員積分。

會籍生效日期均為註冊日期，無論顧客於註冊時消費與否。顧客符合以下各級別的條件後，方可成為該級別的會員。

• 黃金會員 —— 於單次交易中購買任何 KÉRASTASE 產品，即符合資格；

• 白金會員 —— 於單次交易中消費滿HK$900 / MOP 927。

• 黑鑽會員 —— 過往12個月累積消費滿HK$5,800 / MOP 5,974。

會籍有效期為 12 個月，由首次或最後一次消費符合其級別的條件開始計算，以較後的日期為準。每位會員同一時間只能註冊一個級別，並僅可享有該級別的禮遇、獎賞或推廣活動。若會員於同一時間符合多個級別的條件，該會員將享有其符合條件之最高會員級別，並僅可享有該級別的禮遇、獎賞或推廣活動。

各個會籍級別的禮遇，包括積分的累積辦法，應由 KÉRASTASE 全權酌情決定。


會員積分換禮

該年度賺取之會員積分有效期至同年12月31日，逾期無效。

會員只可於指定日期換領禮品。會員需於過去12個月内有消費記錄方可換領禮品。會員將無法就以積分換購的產品獲取積分。積分不得轉讓他人，亦不可兌換現金。

所有禮品只限會員親臨香港及澳門的 KÉRASTASE 專門店或專櫃(免稅店除外)換領。

客戶必須攜同禮品換領券，於通知發出起三個月內，親臨指定地點換領禮品。影印本及逾期換領券，恕不接受。換領券如有塗改或損毀，則予作廢。

積分換禮只適用於換領指定貨品。禮品不得轉讓、更換、退回或退款。會員積分一經扣除，將不獲補發。

會員於門市換領積分禮品時需出示身份証明及通過一次性密碼，或以其他適當的驗證方式以核對會員身份。

KÉRASTASE 將根據本計劃不定時推出其他會員禮遇，其禮遇或需受額外的條款及細則規限，由 KÉRASTASE 全權決定。

推廣期將在禮品全數換領後結束。禮品數量有限，換完即止。

所有積分換禮或推廣活動或需於推廣期間受額外的條款及細則規限。

會員需於過去12個月内有消費記錄方可享有禮遇或換領禮品。

KÉRASTASE 保留更改禮遇，禮品及/或禮品包裝，或以價值相近的另一款產品代替禮品而不另向會員作出通知的權利。

個人資料

歐萊雅香港有限公司將根據其私隱政策 (https://www.kerastase.com.hk/en-hk/privacy-policy-and-pics) 使用從參與本計劃收集的會員個人資料。

閣下提供的個人資料屬於義務性，惟如閣下不願意提供個人資料，歐萊雅香港有限公司可能無法向閣下提供我們的服務，包括我們的品牌提供的會員計劃禮遇。閣下有權要求存取及修改由歐萊雅香港有限公司持有與閣下相關的個人資料


一般條款

KÉRASTASE 保留隨時更改、限制、修訂或取消本《條款及細則》之全部或部分的權利，或自行決定暫停或終止此推廣活動而不另向會員作出通知，即使更改可能會影響已累積的積分或禮品的價值亦然。如有任何爭議，KÉRASTASE 作出的決定應為最終及不可推翻。

KÉRASTASE 根據是項計劃而擁有的權利及義務，可由 KÉRASTASE 隨時指派或轉移至任何其他相關或不相關的實體，而其後的履行應屬於該實體的責任。

本《條款及細則》應受香港法律管轄，而香港法院應對與是項計劃相關的任何訴訟擁有專屬司法管轄權。

本《條款及細則》備有英文版本。如有任何歧義，概以英文版本為準。

KÉRASTASE Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions

The KÉRASTASE Loyalty Club (the “Program”) is operated by L’Oréal Hong Kong Limited trading in the name of KÉRASTASE (“KÉRASTASE”).

The Program is valid in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR only. By participating in the Program, members are deemed to be bound by, and have accepted, these Terms and Conditions.

Membership to this Program, including all loyalty points and membership rewards are not transferrable and shall apply according to these Terms & Conditions and the promotion terms and conditions as may be applicable from time to time.

Customers who have made purchases at KÉRASTASE online authorised retailer and retail stores in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR (excluding duty free stores) (“Purchase”) are eligible for joining the Program and earn loyalty points.

Membership of the Program shall commence on the date a customer registers with KÉRASTASE with or without Purchase. Customers are eligible to register to the below membership tiers (each a “Tier”) only upon meeting their qualifying conditions respectively as set out below (“Conditions”):

• “Gold” members – qualified upon any Purchase of KÉRASTASE products;

• “Platinum” members – qualified with Purchase of HK$900 / MOP 927 in a single transaction; and

• “Black Diamond” members – qualified with an accumulated Purchase HK$5,800 / MOP 5,974 in the past 12 months.

Each Tier is valid for 12 months (“Tier Term”) from the first date, or the last date, on which a customer meets their respective qualifying Conditions, whichever is later. Each member may only be registered with one Tier at a time and may only enjoy the privileges, rewards and/or promotions for one Tier at a time. Where a member qualifies for registration with more than one Tier during the same period, the member will be considered as a member of the highest qualifying Tier and will be entitled to the benefits applicable for that same Tier only.

Privileges for each Tier, including loyalty points accumulation, shall be determined by KÉRASTASE from time to time in its sole discretion.

Loyalty Points Redemption

Loyalty points awarded under the Program during a calendar year are valid until and including 31 December of that calendar year and will expire and be invalid after 31 December of the same calendar year.

Loyalty points may only be redeemed during designated time period of a calendar year as may be announced by KÉRASTASE. Redemption is only available for members who have Purchase record in the past 12 months. Loyalty points redemption is not considered a Purchase and shall not in itself accrue loyalty points. Loyalty points are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All product redemption can be made in KÉRASTASE retail stores in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR (exclude duty free stores) only.

Customers must present original and valid redemption voucher and collecting the gifts at a designated redemption center within three months of receiving notification. Photocopies and expired redemption vouchers will not be accepted. Redemption voucher will be invalid if found damaged or defaced.

Product redemption is valid for specific products only. All redemption gifts cannot be transferred, exchanged, returned or refunded. All loyalty points will not be re-credited, returned or refunded after redemption.

Members are required to present identity proof and verify their identities via One-Time Password or other appropriate verifiable means as maybe required by KÉRASTASE upon redemption of loyalty points at retail stores.

KÉRASTASE may offer other members rewards under the Program from time to time subject to any terms and conditions as applied to it by KÉRASTASE at its sole discretion.

All promotions are valid while stocks last. Gift quantities are limited, while stocks last.

All loyalty points redemptions or promotions are subject to any additional terms and conditions as applicable to it at the time of the promotion.

Any product or gift redemption is only available for members who have made Purchase in past 12 months.

KÉRASTASE reserves the right to modify the redemption gifts/rewards, packaging of the gift or replace the reward item with another product or gift or reward at its sole discretion without prior notice to members.

Use of Your Personal Information

L’Oréal Hong Kong Limited will use members’ personal information collected from participation in the Program in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://www.kerastase.com.hk/en-hk/privacy-policy-and-pics.

It is voluntary for members to provide their personal information but if they do not, L’Oréal Hong Kong Limited may not be able to provide them with services and/or goods including the benefits of the Program. Members have the right to access or correct their personal data collected by L’Oréal Hong Kong Limited.

General

KÉRASTASE reserves the right to change, limit, modify and/or cancel these Terms & Conditions in whole or in part, or suspend/end the Program at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice, even though such right, change or termination may be less favourable to a member than before. In case of disputes, KÉRASTASE reserves the right of final decision.

Should there be any disputes, KÉRASTASE decision should be final and conclusive.

The rights and obligations of KÉRASTASE under the Program may be assigned or transferred by KÉRASTASE to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performance thereafter shall be the responsibility of that entity.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Hong Kong SAR laws and the Hong Kong SAR courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with the Program.

A Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions is available. In the event of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
